The idea is essentially the same as the $100,000k Community Rewards Fund infusion request, except this proposal will request an allocation of $8,333 for one month instead of the scheduled 12 months.
The reasoning behind this is to push funding to community incentives and marketing without the need to use a high impact proposal which requires a higher quorum. By lowering the total request amount to just one monthly payment (for the month of October) it could then be pushed as a low impact proposal.
Any request over $10k is automatically considered high impact. The current request would be for $8,333 worth of CGG for the month of October allocated to a Community Rewards Fund. Specifications and community benefits provided in the original 100k proposal would remain the same with edits indicating a single month’s allocation instead of a year.
